I was blog hopping today and I found a tutorial on this technique at Split Coast Stampers. It looked easy and effective so I tried it out and made these three cards.
This first card I have used one of the robot stamps from Darkroom Door's robot set. This set is great for boy cards and it has heaps of funky sentiment stamps as well as three robot stamps. The patterned paper is from the Cosmo Cricket Nutmeg range.
On the following two cards I have used Penny Black stamps (just love these stamps for cards) and the patterned papers are scraps I had left over from some older My Minds Eye Papers.
This is a great technique. Love the results.
